Summary

The improvement of the pedagogical and professional qualification of teachers is a complex process but it is an obligatory condition for successful solution of the complicated problems of education. The present article considers the system of training for improvement of qualification in Tolbukhin district and in the methodical group of geography. More attention is paid to the analysis of the most effective forms of qualification. Two enclosures are attached which could be used in the geography sections and in the other districts as well.
